Body Work
The Soul emanates life force through physical and energetic dimensions. If Insight tools reveal the words of the soul, our body and its energetic fields are its Voice. By dispersing and balancing physical, emotional and mental stress, Reiki, Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Massage can align body with mind and soul to bring forth vibrancy, well-being and harmony.

Meet Bridget
I have always been intrigued by people who live their life from the inside out. These are the people who do not get pulled into an aimless life of always reaching for more, but instead create an authentic life in alignment with their true gifts, skills and talents.
Recognizing that this journey can be challenging and often daunting, I was inspired to create a multi-dimensional practice that supports fellow seekers on this journey which, in itself, is the expression of a meaningful, genuine, rich and soul-centered life.
As a fourth-generation clairvoyant with over 30 years of experience, study, and research, I developed a unique system that integrates the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of conscious living.
Through both virtual and in-person sessions, trainings and services, I am able to weave together multiple traditions and modalities to create a powerful, responsive, and effective approach to self-transformation.

- Licensed Massage Therapist trained through the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage, Austin, TX; ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage, Johannesburg, South Africa and UK; Cranial Sacral Therapy training through the Upledger Institute,
Palm Beach, FL. - Certification as an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master, Certified NLP Practitioner, Certified Life Coach and Hypnotherapist.
- Certified in Japanese Psychology through the TODO Institute in Vermont, specializing in Morita Therapy, Naikan and Kaizen techniques and methods.
- As someone who lives through their Spirit Body, I have cultivated a high level of knowledge and aptitude for using Angel Readings, Tarot Readings and Numerology Analysis to open higher dimensions of insight and direction on your life path.
Background
In my 20’s after graduating with a degree in Public Relations and Business Management, I became a partner in Bahati Free Trade Enterprises (FTE) and helped promote and develop social entrepreneurship in Africa. What I discovered was that everyone, regardless of their education or resources, has a unique and perfect gift to give the world. To recognize and develop this gift not only aligns us with our inner purpose, but also brings us and our world into greater harmony.
After my service with Bahati FTE, I followed my deep desire to help people live a soul-centered life, I began my studies in Reiki, aromatherapy, massage, and vitamin and nutrition therapy. I also founded a healing and personal growth center in Johannesburg, South Africa called the Crystal Moon. Here I created and conducted personal empowerment workshops that helped people realize the beauty and wisdom contained in their own soul. I also developed a popular following for Reiki treatments and Reiki training as I specialized in helping people live fully, even while they experienced challenges and obstacles such as health problems, relationship issues and addictions.
In 1999, I immigrated to the United States and started Indigo Intentions. These days I live in Austin, Texas with my wonderful husband and two yorkies.
